If this is passed you will be offered a property but should you fail, a guarantor may be required before your application can be accepted. A deposit equivalent to a month’s rent is payable to secure any property which is lodged with My Deposits Protection Scheme in line with current legislation, this is non-refundable should you choose not to proceed for any reason. Following a satisfactory move out inspection the deposit will be returned at the end of your Tenancy. Once appropriate references have been received, a date of entry will be agreed between the tenant and ourselves. An appointment will be agreed and the tenant will visit our office to sign the lease documents, pay the first month''s rent and collect the keys. Rents are payable monthly in advance. The tenant is also responsible for Council Tax, Gas, Electricity and Telephone costs where applicable. All rents are payable by bank standing order to our company bank account which should be set up immediately following occupancy.
